At OpenEar, your access to our services is seamless and instantaneous—no physical shipping is involved. Here’s how we ensure you’re connected quickly and securely:

1. Digital Delivery, Not Physical Shipping

  • As a digital platform, there’s no physical product to ship. Once you register and log in, your access to all app features is immediately enabled across devices.
  • Any service you sign up for—like wallet top-ups, language settings, or calling credits—becomes active instantly upon completion within the app.

2. Service Activation Window

  • Most of our service functions activate within seconds of your interaction or payment.
  • In rare cases where a delay occurs (e.g., due to payment gateway lag or server processing), activation should complete within a few minutes. If not, please contact us.

3. Communication & Notifications

  • We’ll inform you via in-app alerts or email if something goes wrong with activation, such as payment failures.
  • No tracking or physical delivery updates are needed—every confirmation is handled digitally.

4. Geographic Availability

  • OpenEar is accessible nationwide across India, subject to internet connectivity.
  • Currently, we do not impose geofencing, but we may limit feature availability based on future compliance or regulatory needs.

5. Support for Service Issues

  • If any feature—like calling, wallet recharge, or language settings—is not working as expected, please reach out to us.
  • Our support team is available to resolve activation or access issues promptly.
