At OpenEar, your access to our services is seamless and instantaneous—no physical shipping is involved. Here’s how we ensure you’re connected quickly and securely:
1. Digital Delivery, Not Physical Shipping
- As a digital platform, there’s no physical product to ship. Once you register and log in, your access to all app features is immediately enabled across devices.
- Any service you sign up for—like wallet top-ups, language settings, or calling credits—becomes active instantly upon completion within the app.
2. Service Activation Window
- Most of our service functions activate within seconds of your interaction or payment.
- In rare cases where a delay occurs (e.g., due to payment gateway lag or server processing), activation should complete within a few minutes. If not, please contact us.
3. Communication & Notifications
- We’ll inform you via in-app alerts or email if something goes wrong with activation, such as payment failures.
- No tracking or physical delivery updates are needed—every confirmation is handled digitally.
4. Geographic Availability
- OpenEar is accessible nationwide across India, subject to internet connectivity.
- Currently, we do not impose geofencing, but we may limit feature availability based on future compliance or regulatory needs.
