General Policy

Thank you for using OpenEar. All purchases of wallet credits are final and non-refundable. When you purchase credits, you are purchasing a license to use them within the app for services, and this license is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Because the credits are digital goods and are made available to you immediately, we do not offer refunds or credits for any partially used or unused wallet balances. Please be sure of your purchase before completing the transaction.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider providing a refund in very limited, exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Verified technical errors on our platform that prevent you from using your purchased credits.
  • Billing errors where you were charged incorrectly.

Refund requests in these circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction, providing details and any relevant evidence of the issue.

No Refunds for User Conduct

We will not provide refunds for wallet balances if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in inappropriate conduct, harassment, or any other activity that violates our community guidelines.
